It’s always exciting to talk with the founder of a blockchain + meatspace project, and this discussion with Manos at WeatherXM was no exception. As normally happens, I went in with one understanding and left with another. Deepening our understanding of these worlds is critical to making good decisions. Ya can’t make a good call on bad info!
My biggest takeaway was the fact that WeatherXM is built to give you a forecast for YOUR location. I’m not sure how I missed that before, I was thinking it was just a tokenized weather station project, not that it gave specific predictions about the area it was collecting information for. I’m looking forward to the Helium versions coming out soon!
