We got to catch up a bit this week on deployment questions on 5G. The Crüe shared news on how we’re thinking about deploying 5G units, what the risks & rewards might be, and a few nuances like mappers & PoC. We also talked about a community build project of Joey’s Air Quality monitor, which should be fun (and a little homework!).
My Notes
-deployed an outdoor 5G unit from CalChip yesterday
-roof
-outside
-view of trolley station
-very close to a large Navy base, which may be a problem
Crüe issue: Mobile login for Zoom call on Gristle Crüe
-deployed WeatherXM on top of my LoRa/Helium pole
